Online Banking
The Online Banking system provided by SFCUNM allows you access to all of your SFCUNM accounts and any that you are joint on at SFCUNM.
*To setup FlexTeller online banking, contact any one of our Member Service Representatives at 505-243-6751 or 800-880-7974 and they will initiate the FlexTeller online setup process and answer any FlexTeller online questions you may have. (Be sure to have your valid email address ready when calling.)
Once you have been setup on FlexTeller Online, please use the login box to the left to login.
Once you login you are able to:
- View Account Balances
- View/print/export Account History
- View/print Images of checks that have cleared your account
- View pending ach transactions
- View Outstanding NSF's
- View Pledges/Holds
- Make transfers between your accounts and any SFCUNM account you have a transfer agreement with
- View/print/download your statement
- View/print/download your credit card statement
- Opt to receive an email notice when your statement is ready
- Pay your bills
- Apply for a loan
- ( Coming Soon!! ) Reorder your checks
2nd Generation Account Access Security
We have replaced the current graphical word and security question with a simpler yet more secure image only verification. The first time you log into Online Banking you will be prompted to select an image. Once you select the image you will be logged out and need to sign in again, this is to allow you to verify immediately your image selection. Upon re-entering your username and password you will receive a screen with your image and a continue button, if the image is the image you selected just click continue to continue into your account. If the image is not your image immediately close your browser and contact us at 505-243-6751.
After the first time, every time you login you will see your image and just need to click continue to access your accounts.
Logging in:
The most common problem when someone is having trouble logging in is that their browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari) is remembering their username/password security question answers, this browser feature is called autocomplete. If any of these boxes contain information without you typing it in or fill in when you start typing this is most likely the problem. Please contact whomever helps you with your pc for help to resolve this.
You don't receive the email when you click forgot password:: This is either the email message went into the spam or junk folder of your email, your email provider totally blocked the message, or there is a typo in the email address that we have for you. Please check your spam and junk folders then contact us by phone to verify your online banking email address.
You receive the message Username not setup for Flexteller when you try to login:: Either you mistyped your username or your account has not been setup for access to online banking. If you have previously used online banking please try again. If you have not used online banking please contact us so that we can get you setup. Accounts are not automatically setup to use online banking for your extra protection.
Accounts:
You can't see all of your accounts:: You are either not joint on the account or you have not upgraded to the single sign-on system. The single sign-on system allows access to all of your accounts with a single username instead of a username for each account. Please contact us by phone to fix this.
Transfers:
You don't see all of the accounts you should be able to transfer to:: This is you either are not joint on the account or don't have a transfer agreement on file with the credit union. Please contact us by visiting a branch since this will require signatures.
Statements:
You can't view your statement:: The statements are an Adobe pdf file, they require Adobe Acrobat Reader to be viewed. The software is free and may be downloaded from www.adobe.com.
