Shared Branching
SFCUNM is a member of the shared branching network which allows our members to utilize other credit union locations as if they are coming to one of our locations. If you are traveling or just not near one of our locations please click the link below to visit the CU Service Centers website for a location near you. Shared Branching Kiosk Procedures
* Some CU's are beginning to install KIOSKS in their lobby's to handle shared branching instead of using a teller.
1. Select CU Services
2. Spell your Credit Unions name - start typing Southwest FCU and a list will expedite the selection
3. Select Southwest FCU of NM
4. Touch here to enter Member #
5. Enter your member number
6. Swipe a credit card, debit card, or drivers license with your name on it.
7. Enter to continue
8. You will have to answer 3 questions, they may be similar to: enter last 5 digits of your SSN, enter 4 digit street number, enter your zip code.
9. After you have answered the 3 questions you will need to establish a PIN, use the PIN pad below the touchscreen and press enter once you have entered the PIN.
10. Re-enter the PIN and hit enter.
11. Wait for registration confirmation.
12. Southwest FCU will be displayed in upper right corner if you are successfully logged in.
13. Select your transaction from the list.
14. You may do multiple transactions or EXIT.
