Southwest Federal Credit Union is always looking for talented members to serve on the Board of Directors and its committees. The Board values different backgrounds and perspectives to represent the membership. Any adult member in good standing is eligible to run for a three-year term on the Board of Directors.
What do Board Members Do?
As volunteer representatives of the membership of Southwest Federal Credit Union, Board Members review the financial condition of the credit union, make decisions on the direction of the credit union and set the vision for the future of the credit union. Volunteers must be able to attend a monthly meeting. Generally, Board Members will need to dedicate about six (6) hours a month to credit union business.
