Reminder Before Visiting a Branch
Please do not visit a branch if you’ve experienced any of the following in the last 15 days, in accordance with the CDC:
- You’ve had a fever, difficulty breathing, a cough or other cold symptoms.
- You’ve had contact with anyone suspected of having or confirmed as having COVID-19.
- You’ve traveled outside of New Mexico to anywhere with a travel advisory in place.
Our staff will assist you with check-in outside of the branch lobby and provide you with additional information.
You will be asked to wait outside if the branch has reached maximum occupancy as defined by state authorities for retail businesses; line queues will reflect social distancing.
Social distancing reminders have been installed to provide guidance, both inside and outside our branches, to maintain the recommended, 6-foot minimum distance.
Incorporating one-way branch entrances and exits plus directional information provided throughout the lobby.
Plexiglass shields have been installed at teller stations where we will be serving members face-to-face.
We continue our stringent cleaning and sanitation practices to support the health and well-being of both our members and employees.
Make an Appointment
It will be encouraged that we keep transactions efficient and concise while working with members who enter our offices so that we may continue to allow people waiting for entry access in a timely manner.
Members may still contact our offices for appointments if they cannot wait for access.
We will still encourage members to utilize all of our great electronic services and seek out lobby access when needed.
Required Face Coverings
All employees and members are required to wear face coverings in accordance with CDC and local authorities’ recommended guidance for stopping the spread of COVID-19. Please note:
If you prefer not to wear a face covering, we will happily serve you at any drive-up location, by phone appointment, or through our Mobile or Internet Banking services.
Based on CDC guidance, a suitable face covering should be an item of cloth that fits snugly against the sides of the face and is secured with ties or ear loops.
This requirement does not apply to very young children who are unable to maintain a face covering.
You may be asked to remove/lower your face covering for the purpose of identification when conducting some transactions.
